Recruitment Consultant (Allied Healthcare - Medical)

Location – Manchester salary £20k – 25k

Owing to continued success and our continued plans for future growth, we are looking to appoint an additional Consultant in to our rapidly growing medical division.

Our ideal candidate will be a proven Consultant with experience in the healthcare, allied healthcare or medical sectors, with a track record of delivering against targets. We would also consider individuals who are proven as a resourcer with a good knowledge of recruitment, whom may be looking for the next step in a progressive business. You will be familiar with the full 360 degree recruitment process and it is essential that you are a true self motivated.

The opportunity is to further strengthen the existing team as we continue to build our brand around the account management process that we actively deliver to all of our clients. Our team has over 50 years of combined recruitment experience and we are keen to further develop our expertise.

You will be able to demonstrate:

The ability to develop and maintain meaningful relationships with candidates and clients over the telephone and face to face.

Active listener.

Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills .

Able to influence others.

Ability to take rebuttal politely and maintain enthusiasm.

The desire to develop new business & build on current relationships .

Good organisational and time management skills.
